Karate is a most satisfying martial art for women, enhancing confidence Self Defence while improving fitness, flexibility, and body toning. Our martial arts classes are available in the early morning, during the day, and evening classes.
You are never too old to start karate classes. We train intelligently and target to improve physical fitness, mental health, and confidence of all participants.
We improve the physical fitness and confidence of its participants utilising skills, proven techniques and exercises adapted from traditional Japanese Goju Ryu karate.
This Healthy Goju Ryu Karate and Martial Arts Program promotes coordinated movement, develops memorised functional movements of important muscle groups, and utilise stretching and balance exercises and promote joint movements especially in hips, shoulders and legs.
Cardiovascular rate is raised to that of a brisk walk and some breathing techniques are taught.
Some important Self Defence techniques are practised have definite self-defence applications to help improve confidence, safety and well being.
