The AGKK Self Defence system is structured in a very practical way that you can clearly understand the types, body language they use and the delivery indicators of attackers, so that you can avoid them without physical confrontations.
AGKK Self Defence differs from many other martial arts clubs in that we focus primarily on teaching effective, efficient and practical Self Defence techniques that can be used in a modern real world environment.
We specialise in private one on one training that is specifically tailored to your individual capabilities and requirements. We work with you to build both your fitness/conditioning and your technique in order to help you build your confidence and ability to protect yourself and your loved ones.
